Payment
All sales are charged in your local currency.
Payments are accepted from most major credit cards and alternate payment services.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue.
They can be used in store or online by entering the code into the into the 'Discount' field.
Gift Cards
Our Gift cards are digital and not a physical card. The gift card is delivered by email once completing the order and can then be forwarded to the recipient.
The digital gift card can be redeemed online only. The code on the card must be entered into the gift card field at the checkout when being used for online purchases.
Gift card has a 12 month expiry period from the date of purchase.
Remaining credit cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund. Goods purchased with the gift card and subsequently returned to us will be credited back to the gift card used on the original order.
Any remaining balance on the card may be applied to future purchases.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Codes cannot be used on sale items, third-party-manufactured (collaboration) items or artwork.
Peoples Of All Nations retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time.
Klarna
For customers in the UK we offer 2 options for Klarna.
'Pay in 3 instalments' by Klarna allows our customers to spread the cost of their purchases into 3 interest-free instalments.
'Pay Later' by Klarna allows you to receive your order up front and get up to 30 days to pay without any interest and fees.
We offer Klarna's 'Pay Later' for a number of international countries. Klarna will be displayed as a payment option at checkout for these destinations.
Klarna accept all major debit and credit cards. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Availability of Goods and Pricing
Peoples Of All Nations will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot 100% guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on peoplesofallnations.com are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, Peoples Of All Nations will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
Product Information
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Quality Guarantee
If an item is received faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt and will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
If an item has a manufacturing fault that has occurred within 6 months of purchase, a repair or replacement will be offered. Your payment will only be refunded if neither of these solutions are possible.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Peoples Of All Nations liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Peoples Of All Nations shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Peoples Of All Nations has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Duty, VAT and Other Fees
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.
Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Peoples Of All Nations holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
All countries within the European Union and The United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Countries outside of the European Union and The United States are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, & photography is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Peoples Of All Nations. You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorised by us or the specific content provider. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any documents or information from this site in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us.
