What is your return policy?

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns received outside of the 14 day policy are no longer eligible for refunds.

Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached. If the goods are returned in a state not fit for resale, then any costs to cover cleaning or repair shall be deducted from the subsequent refund. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached and with any additional packaging.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, all orders that are returned to us within 14 days from the day that you received your order are eligible for a full refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or gift card.

If there was a shipping charge on your order, this will not be refunded.


How long does it take to get my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back.

After the refund has been processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the bank to complete the transaction.

What are my options if my garment is received faulty or develops a fault upon wearing?

In the unusual event that your item purchased from us is delivered faulty or has developed a fault upon wearing within 90 days of receipt, Peoples Of All Nations will pursue to either repair or exchange the item. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be provided. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You should inform us regarding a faulty item as soon as possible via, stating your order number and presenting photographic evidence of the fault.
